Rent
The rent is determined by Habitat Services for each tenant and is based on their individual total income. Tenants receiving ODSP pay $543.30 per month and those receiving OW pay $356.72 per month.
Persons not receiving social assistance (or Seniors) may still be eligible for subsidy but the rate would be dependent on their unique situation.
